Jordan Mansberger

Jordan Mansberger joined WTAJ news in June of 2022 as a multimedia journalist. A native of Cassville, Pennsylvania in Huntingdon County, he is excited to stay within the viewing area and help serve his community!

Jordan Graduated in May of 2022 from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and a minor in marketing. He also received a certificate from the John Curley Center for Sports Journalism.

While at Penn State, Jordan participated in Comm Radio, the student-run Internet radio station, where he announced several different sports on campus such as wrestling, baseball and basketball. Jordan was also part of several different talk shows and podcasts. He was a member of the student-run blog Onward State, where he wrote a variety of stories and served as the associate producer and sound technician for the podcast Podward State.

Jordan’s first experience with television news came in the fall of 2021 when he joined Penn State’s student-run newscast Centre County Report. There, he worked as a general assignment reporter and sports anchor.

Jordan is an avid Pittsburgh and Penn State sports fan, as well as the Denver Nuggets because Pittsburgh lacks an NBA franchise, so if you see him at a game feel free to say hello and heckle his teams!

If you have a story idea that you would wish to share with Jordan feel free to contact him anytime at jmansberger@wtajtv.com.
