Tips for preventing insomnia:

·         Decrease caffeine, especially in the evening

·         Decrease nicotine

·         Avoid screen time before bed

·         Avoid alcohol before bed

·         Read or journal to unwind

·         Keep a regular schedule – go to sleep and wake up at the same time each day
