Fried Salmon Patties
1 14.75 ounce can salmon, drained and flaked
2 eggs, beaten
1 small onion, diced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon of green bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon of chili sauce
Mix and shape into 2 ounce patties. Fry in oil for 20 minutes and serve.
