NEW YEARS DAY RUM SLIDERS
Brown off some slices of country ham
Make your favorite biscuit recipe and make sauce to follow:
4 tablespoons of butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/4 cup dark rum
1/4 Dijon mustard
cook sauce until it’s nice and brown and hot, slice biscuits place on country ham slices.
drizzle with sauce and serve with grilled pineapple slices
