Red Beans and Rice

8 oz. chopped cooked sausage

1 onion chopped

1 bell pepper chopped

Saute the above in oil

Cook red beans add one can tomato sauce

Add sausage mixture

Adding spices garlic salt and pepper

Serve over cooked rice
