Tuna Ciabatta Sandwich
1 Italian Baguette bread
2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
1 small red onion, sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 – 8oz container of cream cheese
2 – 5oz cans of tuna, drained
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Spring Mix greens for garnish
2 tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar
Toast bread with butter – open faced
Then spread cream cheese on bread
Top with tomatoes, onion and cucumbers
Then pour over olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Top with tuna and spring mix greens
